Heading South on I-5:

• Take Union Street exit (from right lane.)
• Proceed on Union St. toward water, turn left on 5th Avenue. 
• Go south on 5th Avenue.
• Turn right on Columbia St.
• Parking garage entrance is mid-block on left side of street between 5th and 4th. (Note:  There are two entrances next to each other—use the entrance on the right)
• Take parking elevator to 5th Avenue lobby.  From there, take elevator bank to the Sky Lobby and from there to the 46th Floor.

 Heading North on I-5:

• Take Seneca St. exit.  (Exits on left/inside lane)
• Go down Seneca toward water. 
• Turn left on 5th Avenue.  Go south on 5th Avenue.
• Turn right on Columbia St.
• Parking garage entrance is mid-block on left side of street between 5th and 4th.
• Take parking elevator to 5th Avenue lobby.  From there, take elevator bank to the Sky Lobby and from there to the 46th Floor.

Parking:

• Parking is available in our building.  The entrance is on Columbia Street, on your left-hand side, heading towards the water.  The height restriction in the garage is 6’. 


• There are several garages and lots available on Columbia Street between 1st and 4th  Avenues, all of which have lower parking rates than those in our building.  Columbia Street is one-way heading towards the waterfront.  The garages and lots will be on your left-hand side as you head towards the waterfront.
